The New business Coordinator will conduct the initial review of newly submitted applications for insurance and their supporting documents. The position requires frequent contact with inside and outside sales specialists, medical examination technicians and insurance companies’ home office to obtain all outstanding pre-established and published underwriting requirements. The New Business Coordinator will submit these new business cases to the underwriter's for risk assessment and evaluation based on the completed case file. They will also ensure all newly approved policies are prepared for final issuing and mailing. The New Business Coordinator will participate in the creation and ongoing development of the new business processes and implementation of new processes.
