No matter how much exercise we get, how many miles we can run or how many medical science breakthroughs occur, there is one insurmountable fact we must all someday face, there will come a day when we will pass on to the next life, it’s the only thing that everyone on this planet has in common.

Some of us try not to think about it, I include myself in that group; I am in complete denial that my life is already half over (my doctor thinks I’m either an optimist or not very good at math). Nobody wants to think about it, whenever the topic comes up people take a couple of seconds to think about their own life… they shiver, unwilling to face the prospect of their own death and just say, ”Can we change the subject??? Let’s talk about something else.” It’s as if we believe that if we don’t say anything about it, it won’t happen.

Which brings me to my point; having Life Insurance doesn’t make mourning your loss any easier for your family; nothing makes that easier. Having the right amount of life insurance in place allows them to mourn in the comfort of their home that they, not the bank, get to keep. It allows them to pay their bills and try to move on with their lives rather than having to remember your passing every time a bill collector calls and they have to send another copy of a death certificate.

People never think about insurance until something “bad” happens…..a sudden medical condition, a friend or relative passes away, a really bad meal at a new restaurant or maybe holding your breath too long while teaching your kids how to drive. If you live in a major metropolitan area, just the near collisions during your daily commute are enough to understand why you need to plan.

Let’s face it, we’re not getting any younger and the immortality pill we’re all waiting for has yet to be discovered. An life insurance policy doesn’t make the topic of death any easier to discuss nor does it make you any safer while you are living, but that’s really not why you buy Life Insurance in the first place, is it? Please call one of our life insurance specialists at (866) 972-3262 to determine the right kind of life insurance for you and for your family’s financial security and to find the best life insurance rates or please complete life insurance quote request form now.
