Jesani began his career as an insurance agent with Zurich Insurance Company in Dubai after earning his MBA in finance at Gujarat, India. He moved to CitiBank Dubai as a banker before immigrating to the United States. In the US he worked with Cowan Financial Group as a Managing Director where he achieved numerous high performance awards and managed the team of successful financial advisors. He is also a Certified Financial Planner and recognized by the Consumers' Research Council of America as one of "America's Top Financial Planners". Jesani contributes articles and financial advice to the top publications within the mainstream financial and Indian communities. He has been publicly recognized for his entrepreneurial achievements and has also held a number of leadership roles in the community.

Jesani has been married for over 13 years, has two children, and unreservedly considers his family as his greatest achievement.
